Gift Horse
Sometimes the most rockin' Athfest experiences are the unplanned ones. With my crazy band schedule the way it was, I decided to step into the air conditioned 40 Watt for a bit of a rest since I was going to finish out my night there anyway. Well, I was in luck. As I entered, the whole venue was filled with the awesome rock of Gift Horse. Now, I've seen this band once before, but this time they sounded like they were in their true prime! Wow, what sound! Mark me down as a fan. I'm going to have to see a full set of theirs again soon.
